Product use

● GM-PAPR02 series powered air-supply filter respirator is a respiratory protection system that uses electric air supply to provide micro-overpressure inside the mask to protect the respiratory tract. Application field

●Applicable to the working environment with a large amount of dust and high-level protection requirements. The long-lasting, comfortable clean air provided by the electric blower ensures that the user can work for a long time. It can be widely used in various fields such as chemical industry, mining, welding, painting, agriculture and medicine.

Performance parameters

● The respirator is composed of the main unit, face mask, breathing tube, waist belt, comprehensive protective filter elements, etc., in accordance with GB30864-2014.
● The main unit is designed for waterproofing, with a waterproof rating of IP64. It can be sprayed or immersed for disinfection; it can also be used with 2 comprehensive protective filter elements simultaneously, with the filter elements installed outside the body for easy replacement; the lithium battery of the main unit is installed inside the body, and there is a charging hole outside the body. The electronic LCD screen can display the battery voltage and air volume of the main unit.
● The main unit's fan is a DC speed-regulated brushless motor, with a running life of 10,000 hours, noise: 67 dB, fan speed: 5000 rpm - 13000 rpm; voltage: rated 11.1V.
● After combining with the comprehensive protective filter elements, the air supply volume of the main unit can be adjusted in three levels, namely 170L/min, 190L/min, and 210L/min; the overall weight of the main unit: 1160 ± 20g (including lithium battery pack but excluding filter elements).
● When the battery is fully charged, the respirator can operate continuously for 10 to 12 hours.
● The length of the breathing tube: it can be freely extended within the range of 0.6m to 1.2m.
● The anti-particle filter element contains efficient filtering materials, capable of preventing particles of various diameters smaller than 0.3 micrometers, dust, fog, smoke, etc., with a filtration efficiency of 99.97%. Standard RD40 interface; the sealing storage life of the filter element: 5 years; weight: ≤ 125g ± 5g per unit.
